The biggest shopping centre in Switzerland gets a new website
A pleasant atmosphere, endless variety and countless fashion labels. An experience that Shoppi Tivoli wants to offer on their website around the clock. The shopping centre’s affinity for fashion and flair for style are pushed to the fore here.
Huge images, up-to-date information, a handy shop finder and a set-up in line with the needs of users form the basis of the new Shoppi Tivoli website, which so far has enjoyed tremendous popularity with an average of 25,000 users a month.
In order to continue to meet the needs of users, logfiles and e-mail requests were analysed before the conception stage. This produced some vital insights into the effective use and challenges of the existing site. The demonstration of the never-ending range and ever-changing products on offer was a key factor for the new site.
The content and design concepts were rigorously tested as part of a follow-up usability test by Shoppi Tivoli customers. The results were incorporated directly into the implementation process, boosting the user relevance of the site considerably.
Modern technology, a responsive design for various forms of output media as well as a seamless link up with social media were of course also key factors in the new website.
