Vistaggio is the new shining star of the Swiss optical galaxy. It is part of Interglass Technology AG. The latter has developed an innovative new resource-saving procedure for ophthalmic lens production: the lenses are moulded directly into their final form as opposed to the standard method cutting from a blank. This Swiss innovation merges into the new brand with expert Italian style. The focal point is not a clinical service, but a shopping experience that oozes Italian lifestyle and feel-good factor.
We worked with the client to position the brand using the values ‘forward-thinking’, ‘comfortable/familiar environment’ and ‘stylistic confidence’. This led us to the name, and slogan to match: ‘My glasses. My style.’ The brand design consciously plays on Italian elegance. Our retail concept for the Vistaggio shops featured team tables. The shops combine both technical and stylistic expertise: A cosy coffee corner offers a space to relax. Objects synonymous with everyday Italian life lend the spaces Mediterranean flair.
Face-to-face customer contact is a key priority for Vistaggio. Nonetheless, the new brand places a heavy emphasis on online communication. evoq labs developed a modern and functional website on TYPO 3 as well as a Vistaggio blog linked to other social media platforms. For more on this.
