Until now, Berge & Meer's communication focused on the outstanding price-performance ratio. Now the brand is becoming much more emotional, sophisticated and self-confident.
An essential tool for this is the brand cloud, which, in words and imagery, sparks the imagination and awakens wanderlust, describing what the customer can expect. At its core lies the "&" symbol from the logo, which will also stand alone in the future as a new super symbol. It shows: At Berge & Meer, the customer can expect the & more. Not "only" favourable prices, but also convincing quality. The new claim "Travel. For discoverers." also pays off on this statement. It fits perfectly with Berge & Meer's travel offer, in which exclusive round trips and cruises play an important role.
The brand name, liberated from its enclosure and presented in a dark, warm blue, underscores the brand's aspiration for clarity and grandeur. The entire colour scheme has also been revised: The five brand colours are inspired by the colours of the destinations, without resorting to the colours typical of the industry, such as sunshine yellow and sea blue. When selecting the new primary font, we considered not only the aesthetic impression but also the practical requirements, including the handling of large amounts of text in catalogs and its suitability for various platforms (desktop, web, app).
