More than tradition
What does a wine label express? Often enough, the more conservative the design, the more expensive the wine. This is especially the case with French wines. Not so with the Swiss winemaker Dominik Benz, who has established himself as a young and innovative winemaker in the French department of Ariège in southern France.
Dominik Benz produces very special wines on his 6.5 hectares of land: certified organic, 100% hand-picked and vinified in his own manufactory with much love and expertise according to traditional methods. Because "only with careful handling of nature and gentle vinification in the cellar does this pleasure also come into the glass," is the Swiss-born winegrower's credo.
Bringing out the best in different wine characters
This love for the original craft and the connection with nature and the soil are also at the centre of evoq's new packaging. At the same time, the new appearance expresses the fresh verve and new ideas with which the young winemaker is working. Animal motifs from the region, reminiscent of classic woodcuts, and strong colours as a modern point of contrast visualise the different characters of the wines. A modern appearance that attracts attention on the shelf and gives the wines personality and independence.
Matching wine boxes, individual factsheets, an image brochure and postcards put the wines perfectly in the limelight.
