Communication strategy tailored to the target group
To meet the increased demands, the communication concept for social media was redefined and aligned with the current state of the industry. On Facebook and Instagram, completely renovated channels were created and populated with fresh content. A hashtag analysis and corresponding advertising campaigns ensured the most targeted distribution of the new content.
Active campaign management
Over three months, an active and interested social media community was cultivated with full attention. Emphasis was placed on visual storytelling and interactive content such as a naming competition. Smovies provided a behind-the-scenes look and appropriate moving image content for the social media campaign. Regular reporting provided important insights into the chosen strategy. It could thus be adapted in an agile manner.
Set-up and handover
