The Samnaun destination receives a cross-media concept for the communication of the unique duty-free offer at all touchpoints.

Samnaun has two tourist trump cards: its excellent ski area with guaranteed snow until well into spring. And the status as a duty-free shopping area close to the border. The positioning "duty-free brand paradise" stands for the perfect symbiosis of inexpensive shopping in an alpine environment. Our duty-free campaign comes into play at all key touchpoints, be it at the approach, in the village, on the ski slopes and of course online.

A Brand Story that brings USPs to the point

After an extensive workshop, the brand promise for the duty-free offer was defined on the basis of the USPs and brought to life in the brand story. The claim "My alpine duty-free paradise" gets to the heart of the new self-image and forms the basis for the message board, which formulates specific core messages for each target group.

Independent corporate design elements

The brand promises are also at the centre of the new, independent design elements. Varied collages connect the wide range of shopping offers as well as the exclusive brand articles with the fascinating mountain world. As a contrast to this diverse shopping and adventure paradise, the ubiquitous label communicates the unbeatable price advantage and places the clear customer benefit at the centre.

Cross-media campaign

Under the hashtag #zollfreiparadies, the new positioning of Samnaun Duty Free is communicated across borders in all media. Posters and advertisements as well as numerous measures directly in the ski area draw attention to the unique shopping experience. A stop-motion spot for TV and social media complements the various communication measures.
