Communication planning, consulting and graphic implementation of event communication in Coop shopping centres
To enhance the shopping experience for consumers as well as the presence of tenants, Coop shopping centres regularly host theme-based events. Whether it's a trip to the Wild West, an exciting treasure hunt with pirates or cracking a jackpot - there's always something going on. Thanks to a great children's programme, attractive offers from the tenants and a big competition, both young and old benefit. Through the targeted use of individual advertising media such as centre magazines, bonus booklets, advertisements, street posters, mailings, public transport advertising or online banners, a broad target group is addressed and made aware of the respective event. This requires precise planning and exact calculation on the one hand and a customer-oriented and attractive implementation of the individual communication measures on the other.
Since the end of 2018, we have been in charge of various Coop shopping centres in German-speaking Switzerland. Our task includes the complete communicative annual planning of the individual events as well as their graphic implementation (digital and print). We use the budget available for each event in a targeted manner and take responsibility for time management and production. In addition, we create new campaign subjects and designs for centre-specific requests. We act as a liaison between the client and the manufacturer, ensuring a smooth process and on-time production and delivery. Every year, we develop and design over 1,000 digital and printed advertising materials - in parallel and individually for all the shopping centres we support.
