Every year, Holcim shareholders meet at the Bossard Arena in Zug for their AGM. Behind this event lies a complex communications machine. Since 2021, evoq has been responsible for the conception, design, and implementation of the communications tools – a mandate that requires trust and absolute reliability. 

Invitation brochures reply cards, and admission tickets are produced in German and English. The remuneration report is created in InDesign for printing and in Word for internal processes. Digital banners support e-voting. Every element must be delivered on time, error-free, and in line with the current corporate design.

evoq develops a detailed schedule with all milestones – from manuscript delivery and translations to print approvals. Coordination with the customer, printer, translation agency, and other partners is carried out in close consultation. The invitation brochure and remuneration report convey the most important highlights of the past financial year with layouts that respond flexibly to different text lengths in different languages. Typographical subtleties are also taken into account to reflect linguistic and cultural differences.
